Living Room 2004

 

As you step into the living room, to your right you would see the Lynn Haney Santa at base of an antique Chinese cabinet.  On top of the cabinet is the Magnificent Journey which is the piece signed by Christopher Radko as his event piece this fall.  Next to that is a Russian Clothique piece that was a gift 2 years ago in my Santa collection.  There are 3 Radko finials to complete this setting.On the other side of the entry to the living room is a black lacquer stand that holds a hand carved Russian Santa and a new piece by Jim Shore entitle The Gift of Giving.  This was a limited edition piece this year and will be available in his general line next year.

 

After people view the main tree, they are then directed to the Hanukkah bush as we have been calling it.

Each year we have a number of friends who celebrate Hanukkah and they always share some of the Hanukkah celebration with those on the tour of our home with them.  It is always very interesting.

 

This is the archway leading into the dining room.  This archway has two Neapolitan angels by Christopher Radko on each end along with Italian angels from his glass line.  The balls are from the Fantasia line.

 

This arrangement was the centerpiece for the dining room table.  This table was filled with deserts for the open house.  There were always people in this room!
